About the summit

We want AI to create jobs, not just headlines.

Humans4AI Summit 2026 is a three-day meeting in Lagos for people who care about putting AI to work for Africa. The goal is simple: turn skills into real jobs, help businesses use AI well, grow the creative economy, and write fair rules that people can trust.

We bring four groups into one room: the people who build AI, the people who use it at work, the people who fund it, and the people who govern it. When they plan together, good things happen faster.

Our vision

To make Africa a producer, deployer, and steward of human-centred AI.

Produce. Deploy. Steward.

Inclusion runs through everything. Women, students, the informal sector, and builders from every part of the continent are part of every session, not a side room.

Why come

Three days that move your work forward.

Whether you build, lead, fund, create, or make policy, you leave with people to call, ideas to use, and a clear next step.

Meet the right people

CEOs, builders, investors and policymakers in one place. Curated introductions help you find the few people who matter for your work.

Learn what actually works

Real case studies from teams using AI today: what worked, what failed, and what it cost. Practical, not hype.

Find skills and talent

A live talent and jobs floor connects employers with builders, and builders with their next role, project, or co-founder.

See real products

An expo and demo floor where African teams show what they have built. Try it, ask questions, and meet the makers.

Shape the rules

Sit in policy roundtables with regulators and shape AI rules that protect people and still let builders build.

Tell your story

The creator studio helps African voices use AI in film, music and media, with hands-on sessions and real tools.

The programme

Four tracks. One outcome: opportunity.

Each day runs four parallel tracks so you can follow what fits your work. Inclusion is woven through all of them.

Track 01

Enterprise AI

Use AI to do real work, raise output, and create jobs across sectors.

  • AI in banking, health, agriculture and retail
  • Build vs. buy, and what it really costs
  • Change management and staff training
  • Measuring return, safely
Track 02

Builder Skills

Turn AI skills (for coders and no-code makers) into work people will pay for.

  • Hands-on workshops and masterclasses
  • From learning to earning
  • Open-source and African data
  • Tools, models and good practice
Track 03

Creator & Media

African stories, music and media in the age of generative AI.

  • AI in film, music and design
  • Rights, credit and fair pay
  • Building a creative business
  • Live creator studio
Track 04

Ethics & Policy

Fair, African-led rules so AI is safe, trusted and open to all.

  • Practical rules that still let people build
  • Data, privacy and safety
  • Public-sector adoption
  • Inclusion and access
